A real estate professional with over 12 years of experience, who has focused on the rental market, marketing, and sales of luxury residential real estate in Miami. When it comes to marketing and selling real estate, Eduiska is highly oriented to satisfying her client’s individual needs in order to produce successful results. Eduiska was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela where she graduated from Law School at the prestigious UCAB (2001 (Universidad Catolica Andres Bello). Followed by her Master in International Business at NOVA University. Eduiska is multilingual, her ability to speak several languages including French, Spanish, and English has allowed her to work with people from all around the globe. Happily married and mother of four adorable children.
NELSON SAYEGH
With over 15 years of brokerage experience in South Florida, Nelson brings experience and diversity within different markets and asset classes. Nelson’s background includes working as a developer for over 25 years, luxury real estate market and property management, with all varieties of Commercial and Residential Real Estate.
Personally, Nelson grew up in Caracas, Venezuela, moved to Florida at the age of 17 and obtained a degree in Business Administration at the Florida International University (2003). Nelson enjoys spending time with his wife and children, he is an avid boater.
